Some iPhone users have problems with the Music app, which quickly drains the battery while running in the background.
News about this issue has appeared in the Apple and Reddit support forum. As it turns out, many people in the first place on the list of the most “battery-consuming” applications in the new iOS 13.5.1 is Apple Music.
The problem applies to both new and old iPhones.
In fact, the first complaints appeared in April, when iOS 13.4.1 was the latest system. In recent days, however, discussions on this topic are rapidly gaining momentum. Apple apparently had to change something on the servers and the application is not working properly for many people.
Users tried in all ways to fix the error, but nothing helped. The following activities were carried out:
- Apple Music closing
- Restarting the iPhone
- Uninstall the Music application and then reinstall it
- Stopping automatic song download
- Turn off the internet
The problem does not only occur when the application is removed from the iPhone. But for those who subscribe to Apple Music, this solution is not the best.
And how does it look with you? Do any of you have a similar problem?
