Vivo has announced a new smartphone in the Chinese smartphone industry. It is named as the Vivo VZ5x and is the new smartphone in Vivo VZ series from the company. Vivo VZ5x is the latest mid-range offering from Vivo and comes with some unique features seen on flagships. First of all, the Vivo VZ5x has a punch-hole display rather than a pop-up selfie camera or notch.
Apart from that, Vivo has included triple rear cameras on this smartphone. You also get a Snapdragon processor on this smartphone which is rarely seen on Vivo smartphones. Because we usually see MediaTek processors on Vivo and Oppo phones. There is also a massive 5000 mAh battery included on this phone. Also, Vivo VZ5x starts at just 1398 Yuan in China which is close to Rs. 14,000 in India.
Talking about its specifications, Vivo VZ5z comes with 6.53-inch full HD+ display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution. Along with that, you have a Snapdragon 710 processor powering the device. You also have 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. As far as the punch-hole camera is concerned, it is a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
At the back, we have a triple camera setup which has a 16MP primary camera. The other cameras on the back are an 8MP sensor and a 2MP one. The battery capacity on the Vivo VZ5x is a 5000 mAh one which also supports fast charging. Vivo VZ5x supports 18W fast charging with dual engine flash support. One of the rare instances is the presence of a physical fingerprint sensor. Vivo VZ5x runs on Android 9.0 Pie along with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 9.0 as its custom skin.
Talking about the pricing, Vivo VZ5x comes with a base variant having 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The maxed out variant of Vivo VZ5x features 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The price of Vivo VZ5x ranges from 1398 Yuan to 1998 Yuan for the max variant.
