Samsung has released a new promo video on Youtube where it showcases the One UI experience. In the month of November, Samsung announced about the One UI reskin which is based on Android Pie. Since the talk, no one knows how exactly the new UI looks like. But this new promotional video explains about it more visually.
Samsung One UI is focused on easy navigations and minimal flat designs. The video starts with a lock screen notifications and with a caption “Physical design echoed in software” — the icons and the user interface were designed based on the physical characteristics of Samsung mobiles with round-edge corners.
The video highlights the call dialer, notification panel, icons and new customised menus. Also, the company claims, with the new user interface users can “Focus” on their task. One of the best thing from One UI will the new dark mode feature.
Overall, Samsung One UI promises a better user interface with a variety of improvements and customisations.
The One UI is currently available for Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ and Note 9 through the beta program. Samsung scheduled to roll out the stable builds from January 2019.
