Huawei has officially entered 2019 with its first flagship launch of the year. After months of reports and rumors, we now have the latest P series smartphones from Huawei. This are the P30 and P30 Pro from Chinese brand Huawei. As far as the smartphones are concerned, they are not the only flagship smartphones to be announced by Huawei in 2019. We will also see the Huawei Mate 30 series later this year. However, the P30 series is currently the best that Huawei has on offer right now. And we must say that the devices are excellent on paper.
Huawei’s P30 Pro is the top-end variant in its P30 series. The Huawei P30, on the other hand, is a flagship-on-budget from the company. As for the price of P30 series from Huawei, it starts at €700 in Europe which is equivalent to more than Rs. 55000 in India for the P30. The P30 Pro’s price goes up to €999 which estimates to Rs. 75000 in India.
Now, the smartphones come with all the flagship specifications expected from Huawei. They have the latest Kirin 980 SoC from Huawei along with a 32MP selfie camera and a dewdrop notch. However, the P30 series also includes a triple rear camera setup which is its highlight. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor on the Huawei P30 Pro.
Huawei P30 has a 6.1-inch display whereas the P30 Pro has a 6.5-inch display. Both the smartphones come with OLED panels. The Huawei P30 has 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage whereas P30 Pro comes with 8GB RAM and 128, 256 and 512GB storage options. There is a massive 4200 mAh battery on the P30 Pro whereas a 3650 mAh one on P30. On the P30 Pro, you also get 40W ‘SuperCharge’ support.
The phone also support reverse wireless charging and you get 5x optical zoom as well as 10x lossless zoom on this devices.
