Huawei has recently launched the Mate X which is their first foldable 5G smartphone. Also, Huawei announced the Mate 20 X at the MWC 2019 which is their first 5G non-foldable smartphone. Now, we have known that the company is releasing a new flagship smartphone too. This will be Huawei’s latest smartphone in its P series. We have received the leaked image of Huawei flagship which will be called the P30 Pro.
These leaked renders have been first published by Winfuture.de. According to the publication, Huawei will launch the P30 and P30 Pro next month. From the renders, it can be clearly seen that the Huawei P30 series will have tiny bezels at the bottom. Also, it will come with almost zero bezels at the top. Apart from that, we can see a waterdrop-like notch on the display, from renders.
On the back, the Huawei P30 Pro is seen to have a four camera setup whereas the P30 will have a triple camera setup. Also, the display of Huawei P30 series will be curved on both sides similar to Samsung’s Infinity displays. The major focus from Huawei on the P30 Pro seems to be on its camera. Huawei has already hyped up the camera on the P30 Pro with its promotions.
The company had already shown samples of 10x zoom on the camera. Now, it seems like the Huawei P30 Pro will indeed have 10x zoom capabilities. However, it is worth noting that this will not be an optical zoom. This means that the quality will not be the same as hardware zoom but the software will have to compensate for that. Reports suggest that Huawei may opt for “periscope” optics system where light is diverted by a prism and then hits the camera sensor. This helps in achieving 10x zoom and this route is rumoured to have been taken by Oppo as well.
