We know that there is a lot of buzz around developer conferences every year. This is especially true for developers who are interested in building products based on that technology. Today, we are talking about one such popular developer conference. This is the Google I/O which will be held later this year for its 2019 edition. Google has already revealed the dates for this year’s Google I/O which are May 7-9, 2019. However, we do not know anything regarding Google’s plans for I/O 2019.
Now, the company has posted a few of the event that is scheduled at the I/O conference this year. As usual, the first day of Google I/O is reserved for the Badge pick-up which is necessary to prevent confusion. On the next day, Google will hold a keynote of the things launching ahead. This keynote should be done with CEO Sundar Pichai.
Also, we will get to know more about Google’s plans for 2019 at this keynote. Apart from that, we will also get more details about the latest version of Android, Android Q. At the moment, we do know that Google has scheduled an event at I/O 2019 for the dark mode. This clearly indicates that dark mode along with customization options is coming to Android Q.
Apart from the main keynote which will happen on May 7 from 10 a.m. PST, there is another keynote. This second keynote is for the developers working on Android and other Google products. Google has also mentioned that the full schedule for Google I/O will be posted once the keynote finished on May 7 at 11.30 a.m.
Exact times, locations, speakers, and a live stream filter will be added closer to I/O, as well as the ability to customize your own schedule by saving events / reserving seats for sessions (attendees only). This is just a preview! More events will be added frequently, so make sure to check back often. All times are in PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).
